Why Wood-Pressed?
Wood pressing is a traditional extraction method that uses slow mechanical pressure rather than intensive refining processes. This helps preserve the oil’s natural aroma, rich flavour and original characteristics — making it a preferred choice for generations.

Getting the Best from Your Groundnut Oil
How to store
- Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat — not right next to the stove.
- Keep the cap tightly closed after every use.
- Never let water or a wet spoon get into the bottle.
- Best before 12 months from the date of packaging, as printed on the label. Once opened, use within a few months for the best aroma.
Allergy note: groundnut is a major allergen. Anyone with a peanut allergy should avoid this oil. Slight natural sediment at the bottom of the bottle is normal for wood-pressed oil.
How to use
- Deep frying: pakoras, vadas, puris and farsan — heat steadily on medium and do not let the oil smoke.
- Tadka & sautéing: its mild, nutty flavour lets mustard seeds, curry leaves and spices shine.
- Everyday cooking: poha, upma, thepla, sambhar and chutneys.
- Do not reuse frying oil again and again; strain and use leftover oil soon in everyday cooking.
