Our Commitment
Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles for reasons of hygiene and safety. We will, however, make things right if something goes wrong with your order.
Damaged, Leaking or Wrong Products
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at vedsarasglobal@gmail.com with your order number and photos/video of the package and product. After verification we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Products returned without prior approval
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery
Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer/UPI to the account you provide.
